At Growth Partnerz, every client relationship is led by me, Nawres Caman. I am the Founder and Managing Partner, and I will be your main point of contact from day one.

Before launching Growth Partnerz, I held sales leadership roles where I hired, coached and led high-performing teams across multiple markets. I also served as Group CEO with strategic and operational responsibility for over 100 employees. I also have a background in Employer Branding and Talent strategy, where I adviced Fortune 500 companies across multiple countries on how to attract and retain top talent. Having been on the other side, I understand firsthand what makes a high-performing sales professional stand out and how the right hire can shift the trajectory of a team or business.

Throughout my career, my focus has always centred on three things: Sales, Leadership and People. These are the foundations that now shape how I support clients in building GTM teams that scale with confidence. I operate as a true extension of your team, bringing deep hiring experience, market insight and a personal, strategic process.
